About Clevan
Clevan “CT” Thomas is a football player, strength coach, and performance trainer with years of experience competing and developing athletes at high levels of the game. Originally from Miami, Florida, CT played college football at the University of Kentucky before finishing his career at Montana State University.
After college, CT continued pursuing football professionally and spent time with the Cleveland Browns organization. His journey through major college football and professional training environments gave him firsthand experience with the standards, preparation, and discipline required to compete at the highest levels.
In addition to his playing background, CT holds a master’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion and has built a reputation as a strength and performance coach working with athletes of all ages. Through his training business and coaching experience, he has helped youth, high school, and adult athletes improve their strength, speed, and athletic performance.
As a co-founder of Gridiron Craft, CT focuses on developing complete athletes emphasizing strength, speed, movement quality, and the mindset required to succeed in football and in life. His mission is to give the next generation of athletes the same knowledge, structure, and standards that helped shape his own career.
About Lance
Lance McCutcheon is a Bozeman native and former Bozeman High standout who went on to play wide receiver at Montana State University. During his time with the Bobcats, Lance became one of the top receivers in the Big Sky Conference, earning First-Team All-Big Sky honors and helping lead Montana State to a run in the FCS National Championship game.
Following his success at Montana State, Lance continued his football career at the professional level, spending time in the NFL and gaining experience competing with some of the best athletes in the world.
Now Lance is bringing that experience back to his hometown through Gridiron Craft. As a coach, he focuses on teaching the technical details that separate good players from great ones route running, footwork, body control, and the mindset required to compete at a high level.
His mission is to help young athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and learn the work ethic required to succeed on and off the field.
